Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your spa booking please do so within 24 hours of your booking date and time.  A 50% deposit is requested to secure the booking and this will be forfeit for bookings cancelled later than 24 hours prior to the booking time or for “no shows”.  In the case of vouchers being used for the booking, the 50% value will be deducted from the value of the voucher for late cancellations.
